Some advantages of using Schwing Concrete Pumps:

  • The best structural safety record in concrete pump manufacturing

  • This means when contractors use our concrete pumps, they know they are getting the best equipment on their job site in terms of safety. Schwing’s quality control, use of the highest quality steel, and rigorous certification requirements from their welders means our customers put trust in our equipment can worry about working towards project completion instead of worrying about the safety of their workers on their job sites.

  • The most compact outrigger spreads available in the concrete pumping industry

  • This means getting smaller pumps closer to the pour, saving contractors money that otherwise would’ve been spent on ordering larger concrete pumps. This also means getting our larger booms into tighter job site conditions

  • The patented Rock Valve

  • Schwing’s patented concrete switching valve allows our pumps to pump harsh concrete mix designs that no other brands of concrete pumps can pump

  • Fastest setup and fold up times available on any concrete pump in the market

  • This means that our customers enjoy less billable hours when they use us. Our highly skilled and trained operators are trained about job-site efficiency and decreasing billable hours for our customers. It is not uncommon for an operator to be able to setup our pumps in less than 10 minutes. Our competitors often charge 30 minutes to setup the pump and 30 minutes to fold up the pump.

  • Open-Loop Hydraulic pump-kits

  • This means our pumps enjoy the advantage of high-flow, well-filtered hydraulic oil for maximum cooling efficiency even during the hottest weather conditions and stay at normal operating temperature during the longest and toughest pours.

    • MPS Pump Shifting

    • MPS (Minimal Pause Shifting) is a feature that all of our Schwing boom pumps employ. Through a twin circuit hydraulic system, the concrete pistons never stop moving when the concrete switching valve shifts. This is the closest any manufacturer has gotten to providing continuous flow concrete out of the end hose, which means pumping at higher speeds, when required, with minimal boom bounce for the hose man. This means placing the concrete more efficiently than our competitors and decreasing billable hours for our customers.

    • Digital, load sensing, proportional controls

    • The smoothest boom movement available in the concrete pump market

    • A precision centered pipeline on the placing boom

    • The boom and pipeline are on the same parallel plane so when the boom goes through its stress relax cycle due to a slight pause in concrete flow when the pump shifts, the boom and pipe work in unison and not against each other, avoiding unnecessary stress on the placing boom.
